INTRODUCING THE WEB PHOTO SPECTACULAR MEMORY PACKAGE !
For all of the parents of White Oak School, ETSPORTSPIX is now offering a special school year photo package that will capture many of the precious memories of your child’s participation in being a White Oak Roughneck. The package will include posting on their own webpage all action and candid photos that are taken of their child at various school related events such as Sporting Events, Concerts, Pep Rallies, Choir Performances, Scholastic Day, Banquets, NHS, Graduation, and various practices. Family and friends will be able to view and enjoy the professional photographs throughout the school year. We will target our cameras on your child to capture their school memories both on and off the field. Almost everyone has great digital cameras now-a-days, so why do you need this package for? Well, the advantage of letting us handle collecting the bulk of your child’s photo memories is that it will allow you to sit and enjoy watching your child participate without worrying about missing that all important shot with your head stuck behind a camera. Our professional camera equipment is specifically designed for low light and sports action events to give a superior quality photograph. We take somewhere between 300 – 1000 photos per event in the attempt to capture big moments. We also sometimes get those “behind the scenes” shots that you don’t always have access to.
THE COST – $110.00
WHAT DO I GET ? – A specific web page specifically for your child where their photos will be located and displayed for the entire school year (August thru June 30th). Photos from new events will be uploaded weekly.
HOW DO I GET THE PHOTOS PRINTED ? – You have three choices.
(1) At anytime you may order a CD with all of the child’s current photos on it for $10.00 so that you can print them yourself. This gives you the opportunity during the year to use the photos for gifts, Player Posters, etc. And then at the end of the school year order another CD for $10.00 to obtain the rest of the photos. The CD’s will be specially photo labeled that is a keepsake in itself and can be ready in 2-3 days.
(2) You may order specific picture images (jpgs) for $1.00 each and they will be emailed to you.
(3) You may purchase prints at the special rates of $1.00 per 4×6, $1.50 per 5×7, and $3.00 per 8×10. Allow about 1 week for them to be ready (unless you need them sooner, then let us know when you need them).
(Only when purchasing prints will the photos be cropped / cleaned / and color corrected).
The web page can also be password protected if you do not want everyone to have access to view the photos. (Especially for those athletic girls that don’t like others seeing photos of them sweating a little.)
